Holiday activities and finding support during the summer

As we end the school year, many of us are looking forward to spending time with friends and family, visiting new places and having some time to relax after a busy year.

If you need to speak to someone during the summer term and holiday, charities such as the NSPCC, Open Minds and Barnardo’s can all offer free help and support and they will listen to your problems. If you are under 18, you can call the NSPCC for free on 0800 1111.
